Race course data (this folder: index.json and one <race>.json per race)

The course geometry is derived from OpenStreetMap and is made available under the
Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0: https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/

Courses are traced from the organisers' published course maps. Race names are used only as
search keywords; Polaris Matrix Labs is not affiliated with any race organiser.

Format: see docs/products/route-poster/RACES.md in our repository; "route" is a Google encoded
polyline (precision 5, lat/lon; "!" may stand for "?"), "ele" is a delta-encoded integer list in
the same alphabet, one value every "eleStep" metres along the course.
